This isn’t the one I send to the publishers, it’s just to give you an idea of the PRINCE’S SECRET. The one that goes to the publishers has lots of ‘secrets’.


Seventeen-year-old Prince Conell de Caprise of Ezasu carries the weight of his parents’ death on his shoulders. When he was five years old, he made a horrible mistake that led to the death of his family.  Now he and his two friends sit in a prison cell, betrayed by Jezebel the regent queen, who stole his throne and accused him of murder.  His remorse drives him to escape and leads his companions to the safety of the Southern lands, a form of self-imposed redemption.


 On the day they are to break from the prison, Imogene Katherine Beazley, a frightened sixteen year old girl from a place called Peoria, Illinois is tossed into his cell.  She speaks of doctors, community service and has never heard of Queen Jezebel. A fancy Medallion with a purple stone embedded in the middle transported her to Ezasu.  The girl must be crazy, but Conell takes her with them, if only to keep her from alerting the guards.  But he soon discovers that Argus, a handsome man with large white wings proclaiming to be an angel sent by God, wants to take the girl home.  Conell’s instincts tell him something is wrong with this so called ‘angel’. He soon learns Argus is in league with Jezebel and they want the girl and the medallion.  Conell is resolved not to repeat his past mistake.  Jezebel and Argus must face him if they want the girl.
